This is a meat dicer, great for making head cheese, souse etc. It will dice meat into cubes, you adjust the blades for the size you want. There are two sets of knives moving up and down and a third is a knife that slices them off the main part. You end up with a cube. Made in Germany, by Thisen Speckschneider Model THS-70. The name I guess means bacon slicer, that is great if you are making a Mortadela or a Speckwurst.
