Position Title: Manager On Duty
Hiring Range: $10.24 - $15.37 per hour
Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt
Branch: Northwest YMCA
Position Description:
The Manager on Duty is the person in charge of the branch during evenings and weekends when management staff would typically not be present at the branch. This person has the ability to problem solve quickly and react to situations professionally.
This person is responsible for all operational aspects of the welcome center including providing leadership to the welcome center staff and back up coverage. The welcome center is the chief source of all program and membership information and the key public contact point, and is responsible for the efficient handling of all incoming calls, membership enrollments, program information, and the accurate inputting of all registrations, cash receipting, and other various related duties. Manager on Duty will be expected to walk through facility to ensure safety, meet and greet members.
Qualifications:

Good customer service skills, good communication skills, ability to supervise staff, ability to multi-task, able to resolve questions and concerns in a professional manner. Computer skills are a plus. Applicant must be 21 years or older.
