Position Title: Member Sales/ Membership Representative
Hiring Range: $9.50—$11.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available (Weekdays and Weekends)

Position Description:
Come to the Northwest YMCA and be a part of an awesome team that helps welcome members, guests and the general public into a friendly facility environment and helps people access our services. Under the direction of the Member Services Director, this position is responsible for all functions of membership, including member enrollment and program registration, member facility access and member involvement. Must be able to articulate the benefits of membership and programs appropriate to the needs of current and prospective members. The Membership Staff is responsible for building relationships, handling registrations and enrollments and answering membership inquires by phone and in person.

This position requires a commitment to the YMCA mission and its core values of: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring as well as a commitment to building developmental assets in adults and youth. Additionally, the YMCA values diversity, youth, and a broad vision of health and wellness which is enhanced by relationship building.
The appropriate candidate for the Membership Representative position will have good member service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute positively to a great staff team. We’re seeking an outgoing, responsible self-starter who wants to do a great job.
