Wanted: Civil Engineer to determine damage from illegal grading in Vacaville area. Must have experience in soil compaction and expansion concerns. Possible CEQA and SWPPP violations. Will need to perform an onsite evaluation of the existing site conditions as well as a written site evaluation report. Expert witness role may be required.
