Positions in this class are responsible for conducting administrative studies and analysis of County personnel operations and providing professional services to operating departments regarding the administration of Countywide Human Resources programs, under general supervision. Incumbents in these positions carry out assignments in such programs as appeals, advocacy, administrative services, benefits administration, recruitment and examining, human resources operations and support, policy development and implementation, and training. Incumbents must demonstrate knowledge of County programs sufficient to perform the duties of the position, under general supervision.
