SEC Reporting Analyst
SEC Reporting
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all external reporting.
•Prepare reports for SEC filing (10Q, 10K, etc.).
•Prepare financial statements and footnotes, including all supporting documentation, for quarterly and annual external reporting.
•Draft MD&A for quarterly and annual reporting.
•Coordinate work with external auditors.
•Responsible for all technical accounting research.
•Report directly to Corporate Controller.
Tax
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Coordinate tax work with outside tax group (i.e. income tax and state/local tax compliance).
•Deal with international tax-related matters.
•Responsible for sales tax and property tax reporting and audit,
Requirements:
•BS or BA in accounting and CPA required; high-tech industry experience preferred.
•“Big 4” experience preferred.
•SEC reporting experience required.
•Tax experience a plus
•Requires a self-motivated individual with high energy, initiative, and creativity who can adapt to the demands of a high-growth, high technology environment.
•Must be capable of meeting deadlines.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management
•Highly proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access
•Strong systems experience, Great Plains experience desirable
