Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus family room. Beach front house with full ocean views and nice décor. This 1800 sq ft home has the living room, kitchen, family room (queen sofa bed) bath and one bedroom with (queen bed) on the first floor. Living & dining room is in the front of the house with full ocean views and rustic river rock fireplace. Family room is very comfortable with large TV, wet bar, skylights, and small back yard with BBQ. Second story includes the Master Suite (Queen bed) with TV, exquisitely remodeled bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and tumbled stone shower. Third bedroom includes bunk beds and a single twin bed with a full bathroom makes this the perfect house for up to 9 people. Internet access, cable TV. Beach front Rio Del Mar, 393 Beach. This house is very nice, we have gone to great time and expense for our enjoyment and yours.
House available for summer weeks. No smoking please! Renters must provide linens (towels & bed sheets).
$3,000 per week + $150 cleaning fee.
$430 per weekday night, $460 per weekend night (4 night minimum)
