The Contra Costa County Health Services Department is accepting applications on an ongoing basis for Registered Health Information Technologist positions, which may be assigned to the Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center in Martinez or to the Health Services Department health centers located in Richmond, Pittsburg, Brentwood, Concord and Antioch.
Under the direction of A Medical Records Administrator, the Director of Health Information/Risk Management, or a Health Services Administrator, individuals appointed to this position will perform the full range of medical record activities. Other duties will include planning, organizing, and supervising the work of subordinate staff engaged in processing medical records in a Health Services Department office.
