On Site Lifestyle Concierge, Walnut Creek, Ca. Receive and execute a wide range of service request received in person, by phone, fax, e-mail or through www.conciant.com. Responsible for all communication with Conciant members. Cultivate and nurture Conciant member relationships.Build member trust, loyalty and confidence. Receive and timely complete requests. Administration, media, marketing and advertising of Conciant memberships. Source, secure and maintain relationships with Conciant Partners, suppliers and service providers. Organization. Efficiency. Accuracy. Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills. Required Experience: Minimum of one year of dedicated customer service work. Operating hours are 8:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F.
