After 21 years at the same location, The Space Control has changed its name to The Modern Living. Closed for 3 months, there has been a complete renovation from wall to wall. We brought in many new lines of contemporary products that offer more styles and concepts providing for more flexibility and functionality to meet all your home decor tastes and needs. We carry a variety of products from Calligaris, American Leather, BDI ,Elite mfg and many others.

Dedication and passion is the driving force behind the idea of The Modern Living. Steve Le delved into the design and furnishings world over 20 years ago and has continued to evolve while remaining steadfast to quality and affordability.
